Super fresh White Alba Truffles from the Urbani and Tartufo houses of Piedmont in Northern Italy.

These truffles have a fantastic aroma that provides their amazing taste. The aroma compounds (esp. volatile sulphur molecules) start to dissipate within hours of harvest. After 24-48 hours the taste can reduce dramatically, this is why we deliver on the same day they are harvested.

You can put them on your evening menu for that day for full intensity. These truffles are prized for their intense, earthy, and garlicky aroma, and are best served raw, thinly shaved over simple foods like pasta, eggs, and risotto.
