We personally hand-deliver your products from source to you. We can do this because we are pilots and use our own, carbon-neutral aircraft to transport your goods. We meet with the local trader, the 'truffle hunter' and we lovingly transport it in our own hands. No matter how well our competitors wrap their products they are at the mercy of the freight carriers and the lorry drivers and we all know how badly they treat cargo! It also means we can deliver your products within 12 hours of being harvested.
Personally Shipped
Because our team includes pilots and we have our own aircraft we personally fly to Cuneo International Airport in Northern Italy to collect your truffles fresh at source in Alba, Piedmont and hand deliver them to your restaurant in the UK or Europe. Equally we travel to Antwerp, Belgium for fresh (non-pasteurised) caviar, or L'Aquila, Italy and La Mancha, Spain for the finest Saffron. It also means we can also bring back local wines, cooking implements, and anything you need - bringing the whole of Europe to your backdoor.

We love this beautiful planet that gives us so much. Any carbon we produce in transporting your products we offset through planting trees and other sustainable projects in partnership with the Carbon Footprint organisaton.

You probably know that white truffles lose their aroma very quickly after being harvested, which is why they should be consumed as soon as possible. Because white truffles grow underground their delicious fragrance begins to dissipate as soon as it is unearthed. Improper storage, vacuum packing, 'throwing them around' in freight cargo will all cause them to lose their aroma and freshness very quickly, which your customer's will notice in that first bite. Because your product never leaves our hands we can handle it with love. We gently wrap according to the producer's recommendations and transport it with us from as far south as Greece to as far north as Wick all in the same day.
